Event Request

Planning a First Baptist Tomball Event? Please fill out the form below with as much information as you can provide to get your event request approved. You may need to submit additional documentation, such as drawings of room setup, etc. These and other needed documentation may be sent, after event is submitted, to Linda Scales in the church office. All Event Requests must be approved by FBC Tomball staff. All publicity requests must be approved by FBC Tomball Staff.

Room Request and Setup Information (Must have 1 week notice)

Setup Instructions: Please describe setup needed. It is recommended to submit a drawing. Please give as much detail as possible.

NO SMOKING is allowed in our facilities

Child Care Request

Child Care Reservations must be approved 14 days in advance of scheduled event. A 5 child minimum is required for all child care events. Please contact the Childcare Coordinator for alternative options if needed.

Childcare Reservation Sheet must be turned in to the Church Office 1 week prior to the event. All preschoolers and children must be fed before dropped off. Food policy exceptions will be made only by the Childcare Coordinator or Children's Minister.

Church Funds Request: 48 hour notice required. Expenses must conform to the church’s spending policies. See Finance Assistant for details.
